All our orders are shipped from the UK via Royal Mail. You will be provided with a tracking reference once the order has been shipped. There may be some exceptions where we may need to use another service, should this be required, you will be provided with the relevant tracking website and reference.
The default shipping option for all orders within the UK is Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class and delivery is usually the following working day.
International orders are shipped using Royal Mail’s International Tracked service and delivery is estimated between 5-7 working days.
Please allow up to 2 days for handling and packaging before the orders are shipped.

Note: We cannot take responsibility for any delays out of our control, such as delays within customs, weather disruption etc.
As all our shipping methods are tracked they also require someone to sign for the package. If there is no one to sign for the delivery then a card will be left by the local postal service for to you either arrange re-delivery or collect from one of their local sorting offices. Unless you have a prior arrangement with Royal Mail we cannot specify a safe place or a preferred neighbour if there is no one to sign for your order.
